Cooperativa Allevatori Mores was founded in 1951 in Mores, an agro-pastoral centre in the heart of Logudoro, a historic region of central-northern Sardinia, an evocative and particular territory for its natural riches.
The aim of the Cooperative is to produce traditional cheeses with artisanal methods, in strict compliance with the principles dictated by the ancient dairy tradition.
