Artecornici opens its doors in Scandicci in 1987 thanks to the long experience in artisanal production of frames of the founder Giuliano Frosali. In 2000 Giuliano Frosali is joined by his son Simone, who has the winning intuition of purchasing the printing house “Arcadia” with the aim to offer customers not only artisanal frames but also graphic images and prints. “ArteCorniciDesign” thus is born and in 2012 it joins the Tuscan consortium ‘Galleria Casa Italiana’ and makes its debut at Milano’s Salone del Mobile. In the same year the company purchases “Raffaello Florence”, the oldest printing house in Italy still active. Today ArteCorniciDesign’s proposal has extended to include a wide range of wall mirrors, also made-to-measure, accessories and furniture sold and distributed all over the world. An international openness which still maintains the DNA, philosophy of care anattention towards an entirely handmade in Italy product.
