Corte Glass Studio was founded in 2007 in Venice, near the Arsenale, by master glassmakers Alberto Corte and Paola Scapin. In 2014, the artisan workshop moved to Asolo, in the province of Treviso, where it is currently based.

Alberto and Paola’s long journey to learn and master the ancient traditional Venetian techniques of lampworking and glass grinding, combined with their passion for art and constant research and experimentation, has allowed them to blend their artistic vocation into this extraordinary material. Tradition is honored, but with an innovative and eco-friendly approach, thanks to the recycling of certain glass scraps to create imaginative works and the use of renewable energy for heating the tempering furnaces and producing the oxygen needed to feed the flame.

Their production ranges from essential, minimalist jewelry to home décor pieces in a variety of forms and for different purposes. Their latest creations, backlit glass artworks, represent the perfect union of glassmaking techniques and art, where the vibrant colors of the glass create a truly unique atmosphere.
