La Bottega dei Pippi is a small artisanal workshop created with the aim of promoting a local tradition from Pistoia and introducing it to those who have yet to discover it.
The goal of the workshop is to build a whole “world” around the pippo biscuit, using it to personalize other recipes—such as the Tiramipippo (their own version of tiramisu).
Its key strengths are the quality of the raw ingredients and the great care given to customers.
